New Associate Peter Harber extends Barton Carlyle’s reach in Australia

Barton Carlyle is delighted to welcome our newest Associate, Peter Harber, based in Australia. Peter was previously at ELS in the USA as Executive Director of International Relations, and before this managed Global Engagement at the University of Queensland and in the TAFE sector in Brisbane. His experience spans 15 years in international education, and 30 years in education overall. Peter’s previous work includes leading teams in the university, vocational and ESL sectors to strategically grow international enrolments, establish international collaborations for academic research and manage offshore programs in the Middle East and South East Asia.
